Calling Profiles
The Calling Profile screen lets you manage Calling Profiles that are configured in Live Platform .
➢ | To attach a device: |
1. | In the Navigation pane, select SIP Connection. The Calling Profile tab is displayed by default. |
The following table describes the parameters in this page.
Parameter |
Description |
---|---|
Calling Profile | The name of the Calling Profile. |
Zoom | Indicates whether a Zoom service is enabled for this profile. |
WEBEX | Indicates whether a WEBEX service is enabled for this profile. |
Live CX | Indicates whether a Live CX service is enabled for this profile. |
Live ESS | Indicates whether a Live ESS service is enabled for this profile. |
SBC List | Indicates the name of the SBC device that is attached to the Calling Profile. |
